Book design has always been a great inspiration for me, so when given the opportunity to work with Dr. Jon Walker, among the most highly regarded eye surgeons in the country, on his forthcoming text book, I jumped at the opportunity.

The tome is unlike most texts, written in a very casual and conversational style. As a result, I was able to get creative with the design, utilizing medieval wood-cut illustrations juxtaposed with modern typography and design.
